“Everybody knows that war is bad. And yet, war continues to occur due to religious, economical, and political conflict.

I am a kindergarten teacher. I teach my kids to get into as many fights as possible.

After each fight, I encourage them to think about how the other person might be feeling, about why they got into an argument in the first place. This, indeed, is the process of resolution. I wish for my students to form stronger bonds with others through conflict resolution.
